Q: Help! The game I bought from you won’t run.

A: Please check the system requirements for each game located on the game detail page.

If you get a specific error message please write it down and Contact Tech Support.

In the directory to which the game was installed look for a file called “log.txt” and mail this to Tech Support.

 

Q: How can I run the game in a higher resolution, or in windowed mode?

A: In the installation folder is a folder called “fsall”. Inside that is a file called “settings.ini”. It’s possible to change several important settings in the settings.ini file, including switching the game to windowed mode and changing the resolution. CAUTION: Edit this file at your own risk! If you set a resolution your monitor doesn’t support and run full-screen, for example, the game will not run.
