You gotta get a 5 star rating. so i used the guide on acheive360points.com and it's impossible.i 've tried it like 10 times and everytime i finish i always have like 4.6/5 but there's still 15 mins left. if i just leave it will it keep goin up to 5?? cuz i dont wanna change nething cuz the guide tells me by the last part i should have 5. so if i jus leave it once im done followin the guide will the rating increase?decrease? stay the same?? plz someone help

as a matter of fact, if I recall correctly, that perticular walkthrough doesn't work for anybody. it isn't complete, he skipped a few things when he wrote it or something. I haven't played this game for a veeeeeery long time now, so I guess you should ask DanielShawn =)
but just look at the demandbars and build what the visitors want, that will certainly help.

Stocking up on repair expansions can help because if your expansions are falling into disrepair it can really throw the rating off. Also, try maxing out your appeals on your expansions...that might help. I wish I could just skip to this level and play it again so I could help more specifically.

Even following a walkthrough, this level can be problematic. Sometimes the game just doesn't want to give up the stars heh.

My best strategy involved building all the level ones, all the level twos, and a couple level threes (whichever categories still had pink bars.) I built at least one repair station along the way. And I probably built a Hall of Records before finishing all the level ones, so that I could build better power sources earlier in the level.

Once you fill up all the ports, I just let the game run until I get the 5 stars. Once in awhile, this strategy fails too.

If time is not a factor, I would recommend building all the level ones, level twos, then selling your level ones and replacing with level threes. Keep building up the lines this way, selling the lower rated buildings. I imagine if you had all level four and level five buildilngs, the stars would definitely come.
