Unable to launch

New to Steam, just downloaded Cloning Clyde and it won't launch. I have no idea what the problem is. Any suggestion?

Games downloaded through Steam usually have to be launched through Steam. Are you opening Steam and launching it that way, or just from your hard drive?

I have been opening Steam. A window pops up saying "Preparing to launch Cloning Clyde" then there's a flash and then nothing.

We have had several reports on this bug and it is being looked at. For more posts on it check:

Unfortunately it has been very difficult for QA to figure it out, as we have been unable to reproduce it. Any additional information on what system specs you are running it on may help solve the issue.
