I happened to compare my BoB achievements to a friend's just now and saw an entry for one called Ninja Stick Sensei. The description is "Complete the Ninja Sticks of Fury downloadable campaign".
Is this some new DLC that's coming soon? Google doesn't seem to hit on anything.

Wait a minute... you can't have 2 DLC with achievements! That's not right!
(Yes I know it is right.)
Also, it actually shows up on xbox.com.

I saw a leaked pic a long long time ago with that campaign listed. But more achievements? News to me.

I saw this on Xbox.com yesterday and came here first thing to check out what was going on. Looks exciting, and now the "Get ten gold medals from DLC campaigns" Achievement makes more sense. This should be a good incentive for me to finish Red Kingdom, too, I haven't really gotten back into BoB since my 360 got back from repairs. I've been pretty rapped up in BioShock. Anyways, looking forward to it!

As is typical of late....I'm late to the party. Noticed this today. But then again I already had an inkling about new DLC.

Part of the idea (Marmoset's idea) with the "get ten gold medals" achievement was that you *could* get it all with Red Kingdom, but it's easier if you have Ninja Sticks as well.
I'm posting a video of the new Ninja Sticks content to YouTube now. As soon as it's done processing I'll let you know!

Haha, that's the impression I got, too. Let's hope it works. *crosses fingers*

So I downloaded, played, and liked Ninja Sticks, but I have a couple questions.
- Why 2 ninja classes? We've got the bee and the stickbug.
- What made you decide to do a standalone expansion instead of a side story to the main campaign a la Red Kingdom?
- Why does the ninja have no skills? I really missed permanently having a shover in my party.

Thanks for the post - I'm glad to hear you liked our furious sticks of ninja-dom.
We have two ninja because the NinjaBee is a unique character, not a class in his own right, much like Maal. That’s why he’s not in the game much, and why he’s not in the editor. We wanted players to have an actual ninja to play with too.
If only we had a pirate bug...
I designed Maal's Story and the Red Kingdom Campaigns. The Ninja Stick of Fury Campaign was created by another designer (Shelly), and she wanted to go in her own direction with it. We think that gives the end user more variety in the end, and makes that campaign something special.
The ninja doesn't have any skills because the abilities he has are 'always on' skills. He’s way to cool to actually have to use as skill. As to why there is not permanent shover in the party... you’d have to get that answer from Shelly

First off I have to agree that shoving is absolutely one of my favorite things to do in the game. However the shoving ability was not availiable yet when I first starting designing the campaign and the maps. So a lot of the missions in Ninja Sticks weren't designed with that in mind. However when shoving was working with the campaign it added a whole new layer of fun I thought the player would use in ways I never imagined.
But you gotta admit that being able to walk on water (the ninja stick's skill) is pretty darn cool.

Good job on this campaign by the way. Some of these missions, like 1 and 3 or 4 (the burning village) feature the toughest BoB combat I've seen, and a couple of the missions, like 8 (blowing up the statue) require complex strategy. A few, like 10, are very short, but they are all fun. And I don't know what that guy is complaining about; there is at least one mission were shoving really helps out.
How about an achievement for earning platinum medals? Earning 10 golds out of twenty expansion missions is a pretty wimpy achievement if you ask me.

Who says it's only going to be twenty?
Unfortunately, we are all out of achievements, otherwise an all plat one would be pretty sweet.

Definitely a cool ability. And it saved me at least once. Switch to ranged, Walk on the water, and laugh maniacally as no melee units can beat me up.
