So I've read the NDA and it's all well and good. Then I get to the end and am perplexed by one of the fields. Name and Address are easy, but what are you guys looking for in the By field?

I put my signature there and I got the game, so I guess that was right

It seems like missed some people who turned in their NDA's. Sorry about that. I'm digging through my email today to make sure that I've got them all. It would also be helpful for me to make sure that my contacts list is current. Would everyone who's applied for the Beta Testing please send me an email at jfreston at wahoo dot com with "Swatpc" in the subject line. Please include your name, and your current status (i.e. active and testing, Sending NDA, or Sent NDA and awaiting game files) Again, I apologize to those that I may have missed, your help is appreciated and I want to make sure this is fixed as quickly as I can. Thanks for your patience.

I think we're pretty close to finishing the beta and releasing the game. Testing has gone pretty well. The testers found various issues that are almost all resolved, and it's looking good.
I HOPE this is done within a few weeks, but don't quote me on that, since something might come up to delay the release.

Ok - no problem. I am just curious on the status, as I haven't found any bugs (except for the intentional ones) for months now, and XBL BoB is slightly more fun to play than the PC beta, as I can play with my friends too....
