Fantastic job with both the new backdrop, new unit (I actually like this one :D ) and the improvement in level design. You've impressed me.

Dang it, where were you when we were trying to figure out what impressive stat to point out on the press release? Instead we said something like "durr, we got lotsa downloadable stuff."

LOL - feel free to put me on the payroll and I can come up with lotsa pointers for future press releases ;>

[mild spoilers ahead]

finished the campaign last night. I really enjoyed it ( I would LMAO whenever Vail spoke-- hilarious Bug-speak, I love it ) , BUT (there's always a "but", isn't there) Level 10 was waaaay too easy. anti-climactic even! but I guess it's in-line with the previous campaigns where all you have to do is kill the main boss but she hardly even put up a fight!

looking forward to BoB2 or your next game. Guess it's back to OKX for now!

On the contrary, level 10 destroyed me. It took me 14 tries to beat it.

we are talking about the same thing right?

[spoilers below]

the level where you have to intercept Amestha (sp) ?

I intercepted her on my 3rd move and blocked her in so she couldn't move , it took only 4 or 5 moves to kill her.

AWESOME! I always wanted a ninja-theme! I think I did suggest something like this a while ago (arrogant as I am)

Thanks a lot ninjabee!

Every time I attacked her, she countered me, and then attacked me and finished me off. I had no problems with her bodyguard. I easily dodged him, but she destroyed me. I ended up killing her by dwindling her health at a distance with the throwing stars.

Hrm, I managed to intercept her on the single tiles beside the water so that her bodyguard couldn't get to me because she was blocking him. Maybe I just got lucky? =]

It's possible to beat this mission in two turns. I am writing a FAQ for the whole single player game that should be done in a week or less. Keep an eye out.

It's easy, just throw a web-ball in front of her path across the bridge, so she has to re-route in the water, right in front of you. Just walk up to her, and with 2 criticals, she's dead. 2 turns and less than 20 seconds.

I always got a weak hit on her or she countered me. She did that like 14 times in a row...

man do I feel dumb. I thought web balls were supposed to be thrown AT enemies not at the ground... lol... so never used em because it kept not letting me target the enemy. i figured maybe they were immune to web balls or something!

haha

anyhow, like I said... last level...way too easy =)
