Currently, no, but I promise they will be released eventually, if you buy the game from NinjaBee.com (since other portals release the game in different ways - not sure how well the DLC will work there).
There's really no reason we can't release the DLC packs right away except that I'm incredibly swamped with everything else we're doing, and I'm leaving the country for a few weeks...
Hey, maybe you could be a guinea pig for trying out the DLC on the PC.
If you're really anxious, send a message to jeyefunk on these forums and get him to help you push for it!
