Hi,
I seem to be unable to unlock the 'Battle Addict' achievement. Yes, I am choosing the 'versus' option and it has instantly unlocked for two other accounts on my console.
I have tried the following:-
> Both Xbox Live and offline games.
> Deleting the game and re-downloading it (then doing the above).
Any ideas to what the problem is?
Thanks in advance,
Adam

There seems to be a glitch in xbox 360 games were if an account on the same xbox unlocks an achievement somtimes it won't unlock for another account.
It should unlock sometime soon though.

The thing is the account I am having problems with (Dynamo Matt) is the one I tried first.

Achievements are not supported by Xbox Call Centre Help.
I thought that the best place to get help would be here, direct from the horses mouth, on the developer's forum. I have also tried checking other sites but to no avail (some others have had the problem but I have seen no solution as yet).

Hmm alot of developers say that it's microsofts problem (if its somthing about achievements) and that you should call them. Then microsoft says it's there game and to call the developer.
Well someone should be here to help you soon.

That is really bizarre...I've never heard anything like that. I imagine if you play a bunch of versus it'll eventually happen, but that sucks.

Hmm.... Did you try deleting the save file??
Edit: Before you do that ,did you try holding the A button when the game boots up, and keep the hold in-till your at the menu screen?

I haven't tried pressing the A button. What does that do exactly?
I have already tried deleting the game from my HDD and then re-downloading it.
I will try the A button thing when I get my 360 back. It has just gone to Microsoft to have the disc drive repaired.

If you delete the game it still has a save file in it. Try deleting the save file too. (Inless you mean cleared as everywere)

Are you sure? I haven't ever looked at arcade games after deletion (never deleted a bought one) but on their memory it gives one file, the game, and I assumed that the save was included in that. For retail games it has a whole seperate file for the saves.
When you get a new console (if they don't repair it) it might fix the problem, since Arcade games are console specific. Not sure if it will help any at all. Since arcade games are console specific though, you can't play them while you Xbox isn't connected to Live.

You know...I'm having that problem too. And I really need to call MS about that because it's totally B.S. I should get a code to unlock it for all the gamertags on my harddrive since they were able to play the full version (as designed) but now since I got a whole new box they only see the trial version. Lame. If they give me help/info about it, I'll forward that info on to you.
