Well, these games really are "made by NinjaBee" in that NinjaBee was directly involved in making them:
Outpost Kaloki (PC)
Outpost Kaloki X (XBLA)
Kaloki Adventure (iPhone)
Kaloki War (iPhone)
Kaloki Love (iPhone)
Cloning Clyde (XBLA)
Band of Bugs (XBLA, PC)
A Kingdom for Keflings (XBLA)
and the upcoming:
Ancients of Ooga (XBLA)
A World of Keflings (XBLA)
So, the distinction with the two games Cloning Clyde and Ancients of Ooga is that a majority of the development was done by our partner J. Kenworthy Entertainment (a small group run by John Nielson). NinjaBee was still heavily involved! We helped with art, coding, equipment, testing, and releasing these games, and in working with Microsoft on making them happen. So they're still NinjaBee games, but the core vision and technology come from John Nielson.
We have a long connected history with John's team. Off and on we share technology, offices, equipment, people, ideas, contract jobs, money, etc. So we've been one big family in a lot of ways.
I hope that's a little more clear.
If you don't like Clyde, you may still want to give Ooga a try anyway, since (1) it's a whole new game, and (2) hey, it's free to try out!

While we're on the subject, NinjaBee did not make Eets (PC) or Void War (PC). We just liked them enough to sell them on our website.
