24 level-problem

Hello, I'm at the end of this level, I've rescued all Clyde clones, found all figures, but I can't end this level! There is a teleport under water, but I can't swim to this teleporter. Clyde is automatically swimming up after a moment. Very short moment. I can't reach the teleport. Did someone end this level and could help me?

P.S.Sorry for my language, but I'm a foreigner.
