I just got my girlfriend on Steam and the first game we tried to purchase for her account was your game Cloning Clyde. It does not work. She wasted five dollars on your game and it is your responsibility to either refund her or to patch your game.

What's horrible about this is the fact that she clearly isn't the only person having this problem.

The Steam forums and your official forums have posts on these topics and there is no solution. That's a handful of people you have robbed of their money. The worst part about this is the fact you have not done anything about it for months. What the **** is wrong with you? YOU ARE A VIDEO GAME COMPANY! YOU MAKE GAMES FOR A LIVING AND THEY SHOULD WORK! IT'S NOT OUR JOB TO MAKE YOUR GAME WORK SO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!

P.S. if you care even remotely about fixing this problem... It all starts with Windows 7.
