Hello people !

I'm turning to you because I can't get the aforementioned trophy.

The description reads "Send 300 resources".

I've done this countless times, ONLY to friends who had the game (I previously visited their village to make sure), and to different friends, and no dice.

I've tried filling the postal crate with :
- 300 lumber
- 300 paper
- 300 raw stone (gathered directly from workers)
- 150 lumber, 150 paper
- 300 lumber (more like 350)

This is my procedure in details :
- build postal crate and deposit it near the post office
- gather 300 stockpiles (from the post office usually)
- put each stockpile in the crate one at a time using X
- check that everything is right using triangle in front of the crate
- take the crate using X and deposit it "inside" a friend's totem

Thank you for letting us know you are having an issue with this, and we're sorry for the trouble. I will pass the info along to QA. If you happen to get the trophy at some point, please let us know. That may help us find the problem.

If you want more information, here's what I can tell you :
- Slim PS3 250 Go (bought October 2009)
- Firmware 3.66
- System language : French (also tried English -- I state this because Borderlands had a glitch where trophies wouldn't unlock for a character if your system wasn't in English)
- EU PSN account, all friends in the US (US PSN)
- all other trophies unlocked with no problem (I did everything with the same village)

Ok, this got even stranger

Like I said previously, all the friends I sent crates where in the US, so I begged my brother to play the game so I can send him some crates.
He starts a new village (same console, his PSN account), builds the first two buildings (just before the workshop).
I then ask him to setup a totem for me, to make sure I can access him (since I don't know how the village upload works exactly)
After assigning me a totem I ask him to visit my village and... ping, he unlocks Philanthropist.
He has no post office, hasn't sent any crates.
He just created his village, played for less than 10 minutes, visited me and bingo.

I just loaded my game. At first I couldn't see him, but now I can.
Same thing all over again, built a crate, put 300 resources in it (paper), took it to the totem and... NOTHING ! I wish I could take a video...

If this can help you track the issue, maybe put up a patch...
