Hi, I also have a problem with the DLC, after 10/15 minutes (after unlocking the 4th building I think) when I open my blueprints my game freezes and the xbox guide is unavailable. I had to restart the console with the power button.

I read the thread, as I am playing in French langage it is obviously a known issue. I just thought a fix would have gone live by now. I'll try the work around suggested by another french user, to play the dlc in english.

Another problem I noticed, I can't move buildings pushing Y button in the DLC there is not even the icon to do it.
Moreover, I was really surprised to see that this DLC isn't a new portal in the forest world. When I played A world of Keflings for the first time, I thought that this portal idea to jump from a universe to another would be a great way to add new DLC / worlds the easy way. Why allow access to this new universe only in a new game ?

Gomahetsuha, the problem has been fixed, but you do need to allow the update a chance to upload before you load your game. Follow these 2 steps and you shouldn't have any troubles:
1: Make sure you are connected to Xbox Live when you start the game.
2: Wait about 30 seconds on the Main Screen before loading your game.



Pushing buildings is unlocked later in the DLC, and isn't available to start.

As far as the portal idea, it's a great one! And we would have done that, but unfortunately that's not how we designed the game in the beginning, so our engine isn't set up to handle it in that way. Thanks! Let me know if you have any more troubles.

Were still waiting for fixing the freeze issue when pressing RB button to access LASER DISC BLUEPRINTS on xbox360 french language of AWOK ALIEN...

Some news about that??? Or a date for a patch???

We're august 2012 and the problem's still there!!!

Ps. And yes i'm connected to xbox live before playing and waiting enough time to load before starting the game, but the problem still there! So i decide to delete the game, the dlc and all of my saved games and return to the xbox live market place to redownload the game and the dlc. But i don't know why there is no update to download when i start the game...

Not sure why you're still experiencing this issue; however, another update was just release today that patches it in hard code, so try updating the game again. With the new update you should even be able to play offline without any issues. Let me know if you experience any more problems!

I just recently bought the Alien DLC and am having the following problems while playing with my friend :

We both have valid Xbox gold live accounts and are playing the DLC in co-op mode.
Yes, we both have the full World of Keflings game already.

However, with the Alien DLC :

1. If my friend invites me into the Alien game, I can only see the first two blue prints that become available in the game - i.e. the charge station and the second one after that.
Then, even if we open new blueprints while playing, they are still greyed out and inaccessible to me whenever I try to access the blue prints to build and yet they are visible and available to him.

2. If I start a game and try to invite him into our game save or a new game save, my console freezes and locks up solidly EVERY time !

This is really frustrating. We started a brand new game last night with him inviting me in and then starting the game off fresh. However, the same thing happened.

I should note that on our very first play through, after he invited me in, we were able to build a number of buildings in the Alien DLC and I was able to access all those blueprints on our first night. But ever since then, the above has happened.

Can you suggest anything that we can try. I paid 320 points for this DLC and REALLY would like to be able to play it.

Hi, I downloaded the Alien DLC but when i started a new game, it only gave me 2 options. The 3 Kingdoms and the Rock Star (sort of). I can't find the Alien game in the selection. tried to restart the app and console, still no success. should I download the content again? any help will do. thanks
