Some progress. We're going through the process of submitting the update to Microsoft now, but there are various checkpoints to get through, still.

Would you be able to let us know when it goes live either on the forums or on twitter or something?
Also do you know if anyone ever got to wear the mask? I know the first mask has been updated now for the new avatars and im glad it now has eye holes, don't know why but when it didn't it made me panic. Im going to guess the 2nd mask has been given the upgrade treatment too.

Yeah, I'll try to make sure the update gets mentioned here and on twitter.
I assume the second mask had a similar treatment, but I haven't seen it on a new avatar, myself.

Why is there no walkthrough posted here? I'm sorry more people didn't buy the game, but for those of us who did buy the game and are stuck on Level 26, could you give us a hint at how to get past? There are several people on the forum at http://www.xbox360achievements.org looking as well. It would be great to post on xbox360achievements.org that NinjaBee answers all the questions on this forum. Thanks in advance!!!

Is it sad that I check this board daily just hoping to see the message that says we're close to a patch?

It's all good! I know how much trouble it is to make an update and it costs you too. Take your time on it and I am sure it will be worth the wait! I understand some people are impatient but nobody needs to be rude about it. Thanks for the great game though! The award is just a nice extra and it's cool to see you guys working so hard to make things right. Keep up the good work!
