About Us

NinjaBee is an independent video game developer based in Orem, Utah and is a division of Wahoo Studios, Inc. The studio specializes in creating digitally downloadable titles for major consoles. With each game it develops, NinjaBee strives to create gaming experiences that are creative, original and somewhat off the beaten path. Additionally, each NinjaBee game reflects the studio’s fairly inexplicable, borderline bizarre personality and humor.

Since its establishment in 2004, NinjaBee has released seven titles for Xbox Live Arcade including Outpost Kaloki X, Cloning Clyde, Band of Bugs, A Kingdom for Keflings, Doritos Dash of Destruction, Ancients of Ooga and A World of Keflings. NinjaBee’s body of work also includes two WiiWare games, Boingz and The Amazing Brain Train, one PlayStation Network game, Akimi Village, and three iPhone/iPod touch games, Kaloki Adventure, Kaloki War and Kaloki Love.

Many of NinjaBee’s original titles are also available for Windows PC.

Wahoo Studios has been working with publishers to develop games since 2001. They have worked with such clients as Microsoft, Disney, EA, Real Networks and many others. Wahoo’s talented programmers, artists and designers produce creative games that effectively blend innovation, humor and fun game play. Wahoo has extensive experience in various genres on numerous systems, including modern console, handheld, Windows, and Macintosh platforms. Wahoo does traditional contract work (work for hire) for publishers and other groups.

NinjaBee does projects that express our own creative vision – usually self-funded Indie projects, especially internal ideas we’ve always wanted to do but which publishers consider too risky to fund.
